I agree to some extent but a lot of these penalties are 50/50. Moana didn't get penalised for any of these. It's one way.
Listen to the ref ? He told madrano to release. Madrano bails out and he still calls a penalty. This happened in a split second from the tackle which was actually a maul.

Now Moana knock on before the siren and he calls half time. The ref has a picture in his head and the force are copping it way worse than they should.

Force definately need to do better with penalties. But watch the game. The ref has made his mind up and is penalising them for even the slightest thing. Madrano and Stewart's penalty are good examples. They are not penalties.
Why has he made his mind up ? Because the force do give away way to many penalties. For sure. But don't go full retard and only award penalties one way even though the other team is doing the same thing.

No, this is on the Force. They are showing the ref a terrible picture and duly getting penalized for it. The ref can't give them a free ride because of "vibes", he has to call the game in front of him.

He has called a handful of bullshit penalties almost blowing the whistle before anything has even happened and when Moana do worse he doesn't call it. It's bullshit. I'm going to move on because I'm not winning the ref bashing battle and it's not worth it

What's not good for the force is how poor they have been in the second half so far this year. The fact they are still in the game after giving away what feels like 15 penalties in 40 minutes is unreal
