Round 11 - Waratahs v Hurricanes - Friday 5:30pm

Froggy

Some of theses guys have had a lobotomy. Had about 5% of the ball and when they get it the first option is to kick it. Gordon a leader????

Pietsch has to be the worst finisher compared to the quality of the rest of his play. A really good rugby player who gets it wrong at the line so often

Was a hard one to take.
Yeah, it's a low percentage for any winger that one, but he also never quite seems to get it right. Looks kind of like he has the opposite luck to Flook, but there's a lot more to it than luck.

Really don't know what else he could have done then, was completely isolated.
Poor hands all round, mindless kicking, lazy penalties, falling off one-on-one tackles, this is the Tahs at their absolute worst.
I think that DC is a good guy, but he can't stay after this fiasco.
Looking for a single positive, it has to be the work rate of Julian Heaven, no-one comes near him for effort, this is a guy who luck has given a chance is is making the absolute best of it.

Tahs have picked up a bit last 10 minutes or so , or Canes have taken foot of gas. Not sure what to even think as a Canes man, they been doing some good stuff, but generally need to tighten up again somewhat.

Yes - if bad luck could go his way, it does.

I dunno if you can take anything from this game. This version of the Tahs is probably the worst team in the comp and they are playing away.

IMO its actually a bad thing for the 'Canes in terms of 'bouncing back' from the loss to the Brumbies because they arent being even remotely tested.

Hurricanes deploying the sleeping kiwi at the back at every ruck they can. Dan Waenga is used to seeing that as an ex provincial player so play on.
