Well early in week, but you would guess Reds would be hot favoutites for this?

Lose this one and they'll have lost three on the trot and likely to be in the bottom half of the eight. Its a big week!

Any news on Tupou's knee?

It's calf, probably up to 8 weeks?
8 weeks is a huge loss for the Reds, he's their most important player. That would mean he was out till the Grand Final and without him I reckon they won't get that far.

Well hopefully not that bad anyway Hawko, I say up to, but hopefully it not to bad, just seems at times calf strains take an awful long time to heal.

I can't see how Reds compete in this one without Tupou. The scrum was too costly once Tupou left and the Landers scrum is probably the only strength of their game and they'll know that's probably the only area they'll have dominance and rely heavily on it.

So this will be the usually game between Wallabies and England in the last decades. Wallabies (Reds) playing running rugby against the Pommies (Landers) playing a more conservative type of game, strong at set pieces and waiting to takes their points in crucial moments. If Reds backline can hold the ball alive and score when they have the opportunity, they gonna win. Otherwise Landers will take the penalty kicks and will beat them

To Quote Wayne Smith in the Brisbane Times (read that as Sydney Morning Herald by any other name), he stated that against the Chiefs last weekend at Suncorp:
" the Reds parked their adventurous game and went skywards".
WHY? We have one of the best attacking teams in the competition, yet one of the worst kicking teams.
Can only hope we don't get a repeat performance of aerial ping-pong against the Highlanders.

Good to see Uru get the start and Petaia and Vunivalu back, loosing Paisami on top of Tupou hurts though.
