But: that Force backrow looks experienced and dangerous against a relatively inexperienced one - think Harris at 10. will be harried all night.

What Force backrow? Has Woody announced the team yet?

CFS on the bench again, Link must feel that he is not to far away from the squad. I thought he would of kicked his feet up this season, but we may be seeing him sooner rather than later.

Not sure there are many more fit outside backs to sit on the bench?

Big challenge for Shipperley in the form of Nalaga, and likewise Ioane for Wara.

That's not a bad Force side.

Looks pretty close to what I'd imagine will be the Force starting side for round 1 other than Sharpe, Cummins and Dellit coming in. Should be a good hit out for both sides as long as we avoid the kind of luck the Tahs have had so far in the trials.

WF has a good front row, good back row, And Sam Wykes puts it up. But who is Toby Lynn. (please excuse my ignorance -but asking is the path to wisdom, or derision)

Kiwi, former Chiefs lock. Eligible for Aus via Aussie grandfather.

Is Winston Stanley in the same boat as Toby Lynn then? I thought the rules were one marquee player & one development from abroad?

I don't like it when they're called eligible to play for Australia, I highly doubt they would want to play for the Wallabies being Kiwis. It's just that they don't qualify as a marquee spot through some ridiculous Australian connection. Could we call it an eligible Australian Super rugby player or something?

I'd pick the Reds to take this one- their backline is too cohesive. How much by will depend a bit on how the ref polices the breakdown. You'd have to back the Force backrow over the Reds but we will need to disrupt you a lot to stay within reach. Our line-out probably won't function well either.

I'd be happy if everyone got throught the game uninjured and ready for round 1. Really excited to see Justin Turner get a start.

At the curtain raiser it is the Force A vs Australian Barbarians can any one tell me anything about the players below

1 Todd Pearce
2 Scott padmore
3 Tobias Gukibua
4 Lachlan mccutcheon
5 Ben marwijow
6 Andrew cox
7 miles mccaffery
8 paulisai taumowpeau
9 luke irwin
10 Hamish
11 Lachlan rosengreen
12 Ben Murray
13 Tom Matthews

This was the starting team which is being convincingly beaten buy the force a team made up of a bunch of wa club players and a few force fringe players.
