As much as I enjoy the Rebels game when it is on, and as much as I love watching the Rebels play at the Stockade, if the Brumbies are serious about their 2012 campaign they should come out and belt the Rebels backwards, forwards and sideways.

I'm not sure a win by itself is enough for the Brumbies this week; it needs to be a statement of intent.

Totally agree. With the injuries to the Rebels the Brumbies need to dominate this game from siren to siren. Hopefully the return of Fotu will spark more agression in defence.

He's been limping around the grounds in a moon boot for quite a while now, made his return for Vikings a couple of weeks ago and has been close to MoM each game. Hope he goes well.

You'd hope a fully professional player would be the MoM for the best team in the league by some margin.

There's a few fully professional players running around here each week. They don't stand out as much as you would imagine. I wouldn't underestimate this Vikings team either, plenty of handy players who could push for a contract in time. They're easily undefeated in the JID comp, and beat both Syd Uni and Sunnybank earlier in the year.

Fainga'a was injured? I thought he just wasn't in White's inner sanctum, much like Jono Owen or Ben Hand.

White's a great coach and he really backs the players he likes but if you're not one them it would seem you don't play.

Quite the opposite...

Colby was the front runner for the 7 jersey preseason but got injured and has been recovering since...

Good to see Colby back, he's been absolutely savaging anything within reach the last few weeks. He loses out to Gill and Hooper in the scavenging department, but is a better ball runner/bigger hitter than both. He's essentially a 6 in a 7's body, so if he can add some pilfering to his bow, then we may not miss Hooper as much as most people think.

Mogg to wing is the decision that needs to be made, whilst he has all the attributes of a league fullback he seems like more of a union winger to me.

My only concern about Coleman at fullback is that he's not as reliable as Mogg under the high ball, and his kicking is atrocious...

Anyways, prove me wrong...

Let's hope Coleman and Mogg decide they want a kick a thon. I quite like the idea of Gerrard and Huxley in a kick for kick battle.

On last weeks form Brumbies should belt the Rebels, particularly with a few of the Brums backline stars out. Surprised to see Speight dropped to the bench instead of Mogg, but perhaps they need Mogg's big left boot on the paddock.

Speight's been playing with a niggle for a few weeks now, he'd just be getting a rest against the Rebs.

Jake White is resting a few... good idea brumbies need to come home strong to keep the Reds out of top spot... good to see Auelua and Fainga'a back...

Fotu and Fainga are going to hammer the Rebs! Tomane to score a hatrick. Nic White to outplay Phipps in every aspect of the game.
