For those who aren't familiar with Adam Nicholson

The RaboDirect Rebels is mourning the loss of Adam ‘Bear’ Nicholson after a long and hard fought battle with cancer.

Affectionately known as Bear, Adam dedicated his life to the game of Rugby Union in Australia and was an integral part of the clubs off field team through his work as a volunteer.

Prior to joining the Rebels, Bear spent 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Squadron Leader and also represented the Australian Services Rugby Union.

After leaving the Air Force, Bear spent time in Tasmania where he coached the Tasmanian State Team and worked in coaching development.

Following his return to Victoria, Bear was once again heavily involved in community rugby, which included work with the Melbourne University and Eltham Rugby Clubs.

Bear joined the Rebels 18 months ago as a member of the off field team.

Throughout this time and despite his illness, Bear provided constant inspiration with the fighting spirit he displayed through the peaks and troughs he endured.

Up until his final days, Bear was a constant feature at training, inspiring the entire club with his positive attitude.

Below are some words from Bear, which formed part of his pre game message to the players before last year’s match against The Highlanders at AAMI Park.

“You may never understand how much your friendship, strength and support has meant to me in my fight. Results will come for you and me, but you are all winners in my mind.”

Adam ‘Bear’ Nicholson is survived by his wife Bronwyn and 3 sons, Ben, Will and Jake.

Our thoughts are with his family and many friends throughout this difficult time, his legacy will live forever through the Melbourne Rebels.

Rest in Peace Bear, you will remembered for the tremendous courage you showed and inspiration you provided us all.

who's your tip for each kronic?
Hard to put a name to a few.

As tigerland12 points out, Delve most likely. Perhaps Tessman for the 5 Star award, as his been doing a lot for the Conversion for Clubs program.

Suspected Cadeyrn would be Rookie and Delve the People's Choice.

Chamberlain received the Spirit of Weary Dunlop award

Bit confused, he has hardly played this year. Considering it's about defending, perhaps Pyle/Jones/Neville?
