Storm is Friday night, Melbourne City Saturday, so Sunday was the only choice. I'm not a fan of Sunday games, pissed off that we had to wait till round 3 for a home game. Even more pissed off now that it's round 5, miss 2 games for Easter holidays than get one more.

Rebels were given a bull shit draw all along. And anyone from another state who thinks it not harsh just need to think about it. Round 1 should have been home games to the Rebels and Force as a thank you for the sacrifice they made in 2020.

Or we could of kept it in round three. Ultimately if border shut downs prevent the force from hosting that is their problem and we shouldn’t be the ones losing out

That’s what’s frustrating so little is ever done to support the game and help it grow in Victoria. It’s just here you have a team, we will treat you as second class citizens and it’s up to you to make it work. Melbourne is a competitive market and the club can do well here but it needs an opportunity to do well

I don’t get why people can’t understand that politicians will make decisions that might be based on logic/health/securing votes but also affect people unfairly and it’s okay to have compassion for them. Sorry bud you misinterpreted my post (i agree with you). I was saying it upsets me people can’t see through their parochial state bias that others are suffering. For some reason because of an arbitrary state line people forget we’re all aussies and some are doing it tough.

And my comment about votes was actually criticising premiers who’ve been masquerading purely self interested political decisions as “health” decisions. I think it’s reprehensible that pollies, in a crisis, have been putting their careers before what is best (but hey what’s new).

except they get to go home after every game sleep in their own bed see their own family & didnt have to go through it for 13 weeks for non wallabies selected player & 6 months for the ones that went through till December as apart of the wallabies squads

The season could be over if we have a slow start, given the injuries and the fact we are getting fucked over at every turn the squad are living out of their cars it’s a distinct opportunity.

Realistically I think they were always destined for a 1-2 record after 3 rounds. And to be fair, if they don’t beat the force in Perth then they aren’t going to beat the Brumbies in Canberra
