Repeated ongoing migraines since sustaining concussion last season. As much as I love seeing him in blue (& Gold) it ain't worth it mate. Hang up those boots whilst you're still hopefully relatively undamaged.

In the article it said specialists have said there shouldn’t be any long term damage it’s just about finding how to manage the current situation and wait till he’s recovered.

Strong chance Carter Gordon will be given an upfront start at 10 with To'omua moving to 12.

Carter Gordon shouldn't be close to a starting gig in Super Rugby. He has played two half seasons of premier grade.

Wessels seemed reluctant at times last season to play Deegan at 10 and To'omua at 12. Surely 2020 Deegan is better than 2021 Gordon. (Although there is also the factor of Billy Meakes not being around).
