^^^^^^ disagree completely, as i posted above, by season end i think he will be starting 10. just how soon that occurs will depend upon Lances's fitness and how many games the Rebels have won. he is already ranked higher than McGregor if the training teams are any indication (and they are)
It's strange you disagree completely, when nothing you've said directly contradicts anything I've said.
Do you think the Rebels negotiated to keep Lance on the basis of him being second string to Adams? Do you think influential people within the Rebels would draw up a depth chart for round 1 2018 and place Adams at #10?
The meeting with the coach thing the Rebels held Wessels talked highly of Adams and did not mention Lance at all.
Lance is a good 10, but his not the sort of ten who wins you titles on the field.

Despite being a very promising 10, as I've discussed, Adams didn't even lead his Shute Shield or NRC teams to the finals last year (let alone titles).
I think fan's passion for him in the short term is more based around people's natural interest in the 'next big thing' rather than a realistic gauge of his current talents.
Presuming Lance is sewed up completely, Adams will get some minutes throughout the year with injury and maybe be wearing the starting jersey by the end of the year. I STRONGLY doubt that's 'Plan A' though. I'd say Plan A is get him development minutes here and there, followed by a big NRC, and then he becomes a real prospect in 2019 (which I believe is when he becomes Aussie qualified?).
