Few different media outlets, east coast mind you, have said they've signed pre agreements. Not real contracts, but something regardless.

Meanwhile, only one outlet is saying they are not going anywhere.

No, that one outlet said that the Rebels were chasing up to 15 of the Forces players, but some of them were opting to go overseas instead.. nothing has changed

Who happened to be the first to report the Force were targeted for the cull, so he might know something.

He is an ARU mouthpiece, pure and simple. So he probably does know something but that something is what the ARU wishes to tell him. And I sure as hell don't trust the ARU's motives.

EDIT: I am not saying it isn't true but the glee Panda has clearly had throughout this process makes me feel he is leaning towards the dark side.

If we're allowed to be talking, I'm inclined to believe that, because it's the first time Lance's name has been dropped by the media.

Same source as last time, just didn't mention it out of respect.

I'm a big fan of Taf, but he really does need to go earn his nest egg in France or Japan now.

I have genuinely feared for the health of the big hearted unit over the years.

Guys, I know the media are dropping names and there are rumours, etc that we really want to talk about, but I figure that until the Force decide not to progress with further legal appeals, and the ARU therefore formally wind up the club, we should stay on the down low for now.

As far as other players, and current Rebels players, it's open season.

Not all good new for us. Tyrell to head over to NZ at the end of 2018 season.

I don't blame him at all.

He IS a Kiwi and his development / career success is likely to be far better on that side of the Tasman.

Wish him all the best of luck.

Immensely frustrating, regardless of how understandable it is.

His gametime will fall off a cliff I think. Nothing against him, but if we've got Weeks, Faulkner and potentially Talakai all as options on the tighthead side, we don't need him playing if all are fit.

He is my favourite rugby journo of all time. Nothing but the facts, m'am, and not a trace of nuts or hyperbolic acid.
Everyone is waiting for someone else to be the first to sign, then they all will (wherever they may go). Someone has to be brave to take the first step, but understandably no one wants to be "that guy".
