And Pasitoa's first meaningful impact is to hold up a certain try. Great to see he'll put his body on the line, we've all seen how much playmaking talent he has.

With Rennie saying he'll pick on form, JP has to be ahead of Sio. But Sio has been great over the last six years, and he'll be a Wallaby this year if he starts to show some of that form again.

I didn't think Sio was that bad. Just a step off his usual pace and impact, it won't take much to get him back.

Slipper on the other hand, he's just making everyone look bad, the man is on fire. How good is his running lines from depth.

Also do we know what has been going on behind the scenes? I know a bunch of the squad got really sick so perhaps Sio is someone who is carrying more baggage in terms of where he is at health and fitness wise. We know he's got the skill because we've seen it over the years.

He's still got a way to go with his passing. The pass out to Wright which Wright proceeded to drop was a wobbly old affair.

Curious what people thought of Michael Stolberg for the Sunwolves? I thought he put in a pretty good showing. The Tah's could do with some better lock stocks. I wonder if he'd ever return to oz.

Also, Northern Suburbs alumn Will Miller is really blossoming at the Brumbies. Playing some damn fine rugby.

Will Millers been given the chance and taken it, he was an awesome player at the tahs but behind Hooper its hard..

ha define out of form, Sio's looks bad as Slipper looks amazing.. the big guys dominating

I certainly wasn't trying to put Sio down. He's a class act. For the record, I don't see JP Smith in green and gold unless there's a lot of misfortune to others. I just dispute qwertys assertion that he was destroyed by crusaders props.

Yep, it was always going to be hard being behind Hooper, but even still having watched a lot of his play over the years he really is just getting better and better.

He's had two outstanding games against the Chiefs and Sunwolves. Hope he keeps it up because he's now an integral part of the pack.

I always rated will miller but was often shut down on tahs threads as him being just an honest toiler. He is now finally showing with regular starts what a great player he is and just getting better imo with longer and more regular game time. Very good decision for him to move on from the tahs as was always going to sit behind hooper.

Given tahs current playing stocks it would be very smart for them to be looking at oz Sunwolves players to recruit given we know all won’t be playing for the Sunwolves next year!
