Reads like they took into account a similar incident two years ago where a possible 11-week suspension was cut to six. But it's SANZAAR so maybe not.
EDIT: Stirzacker got nothing for his double cheese which is at least consistent with the BBarrett ruling. In both cases the YC count is reset which explains why BB didn't have to front for the last one he got.
