Rd 18: Rebels Vs Chiefs - AAMI Park, Friday 14/06 7:45pm

Pretty typical Rebels start so far. 3-7 to the Chiefs. Nothing kick by Quade cleaned up by Jack D who slices through our defense and they score after a few slick passes.

Get a penalty, Hodge booms it over. Then we drop the kick off on our 22.

Then Quade gets charged down by a chiefs player who has a clear run to the line. Looks like we have Rocks Quade tonight.

Honestly, Ta'avao was an absolute spud of a player for NSW, less than useless. And now he's dishing up his own country men. Same goes for Debreczeni. NZ make it tough to like them.

That was Australian rugby 101 (minus Brumbies). Trying to play it out in own half when behind in the score board.

Panicking and attempting a 50/50 when momentum behind you. Instead of winning it back with grit, try to win it with heroics.

All the Wallaby players are playing like shit. Meakes and English have been good. Isi too. The rest are rubbish.

And we all know about the much vaunted Rebels 2nd half ability. We're boned.

Looks like the Rebels are cooked for this year. Will be lucky to get anyone other than Naisarani in the Wallablies. Genia is way down on form and Quade still makes too many mistakes. DHP just doesn't have the impact he used to. Unless they have a real turnaround in the 2nd half, they better start to think about next year.

If Hamilton is the Melbourne of New Zealand then Onehunga is the Monaco of Auckland. ffs

TBF it's always a bit of a gamble going to Onehunga. Particularly outside of the Dressmart safe zone, where the ne'er do wells of the local secondary educational establishments do go about their business.

DHP is a joke, you trail by 30 point s and keep kicking down there throat. What a joke, that's rubbish at all levels.
