Or better still, all Australian half backs should be taught to kick. A half back without a proper box kick will never lead a team to a World Cup win these days.

Yep agreed. It’s something Australian rugby needs to change is the notion kicking is bad. Yes there is bad kicking, but it’s a skill that’s crucial to the game, if ignored you become that little bit easier for the opposition to contend with.

Nah, he's average at best.

He kicks at around par when under little pressure and it goes to shit when he gets targeted.

Is there anyone left with enough Rebels inside knowledge AND canastas to have a legit crack at him? Can't imagine the Force exiles would be too invested. Hodge Maddocks and Koroibete are the only guys starting who shared a dressing room with him, and Hodge and MAddocks would be eaten alive by him. Marika might be a shot.

Maybe when Jeffries comes on he can stick his shoulder in...

Couple of nice moves with QC (Quade Cooper) pulling the strings and two tries in 5 mins. He's got his kicking shoes on today as well.
