^ that's the spirit KOB! Most of us will support our fellow ANZACs, I think, esp as if you do manage to knock SA over & we can avoid losing to Argentina it will substantially close the gap between AB & bokke.

I'm big on building combinations and cohesion, but think we do need a few changes as well. Assuming JOC (James O'Connor), Paisami and LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) remain unavailable, I would run with:

Slipper, BPA (if fit), Tupou, Swain, Philip, Leota, Hooper, Samu, Tate, Noah, Koroibete, Kerevi, Ikitau, Kellaway, Hodge.

Fainga'a, Bell, Allan, Rodda, McReight, Naisarani/Wilson/Valetini, White, Wright/Muirhead
15 Hodge
14 Kellaway
13 Kerevi
12 Paisami
11 Koroibete
10 JOC (James O'Connor)
9 Tate
8 Naisirani (is he injured??)
7 Hooper
6 Wilson
5 Swain
4 Philip
3 Tupou
2 BPA
1 Slipper

16 Kaitu'u
17 Bell
18 AAA
19 Rodda
20 Samu
21 White
22 Loloesio
23 Daugunu
Would love to see this 23 but I am beginning to worry that as Rennie feels the wallabies benefit from thrashings he may wish to persist with under performers

I just can't express my disdain for this claim sufficiently. What a load of utter toad shit, RN.

Dru I was being tongue in cheek and ridiculing Rennies comments about benefits of the threshings. I think you somehow thought this was a serious post...chill mate...

not to fear, Greg Holmes has been parachuted in due to Fa'amusili's ongoing injury struggles.
I thought you may be having a pisstake so I did a google. Yep you are right. Not such a bad idea as 11th hour substitute as still a great scrummager and in good form at 38.

Is funny though as Rennie’s selections in recent times in looking to the future is more revisiting the past. Cooper and now Holmes. At this rate Gits and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) should be keeping their mobile on!!!!

Backline I’d like to see v South Africa…..
9 Tate, 10 JOC (James O'Connor),12 Kerevi, 13 Petaia, 14 Kellaway, 11 Marika and Hodge at fullback….if JOC (James O'Connor) not fully fit, Hodge to play 10, Kellaway back to fullback and give Wright another crack on the wing……Noah to bench…love to throw Quade in on bench …..can’t tackle though.

Rory Scott to come into the squad...?
I think you left this out:

Might want to put it back in the freezer before it starts to stink.

Who was captain when Hooper left the field?

I can't remember if Rennie ever officially named any vice-captains?

According to a lazy google search, it was unofficially Slipper last year and it was supposed to be JOC (James O'Connor) this year.........

so McReight comes in. Who captains? JOC (James O'Connor) if he’s ready? But he’ll struggle to play 80. Kerevi? Slipper?
Might be a combination JOC (James O'Connor) and White if JOC (James O'Connor) is back or Slipper and White if he's not. With Ala'alatoa out there aren't many more experienced players to give it to. Pete Samu might be a smokey for it though?
