R10 Brumbies vs Stormers - 11:05PM

Happy

Alex Ross (28)
Hopefully the Brumbies will start to show some consistency. They have followed up good performances with poor ones all season. If they continue on from last week they should be able to get the win, especially with the Stormers first week back from their Aus NZ tour.

Brumbies will need to be able to counter the Stormers' storming defense. They were on song against the Rebels last week.

Pocock and McCaffery out.

BR - you get to see Brown start @7 as requested! ;) If he performs well he could be a potential option to replace Pocock's expected departure next year.

And I am pleased to see Tom Cusack moved to the blind side as well. I don't think it is the strongest back row, without McCaffrey, but players in their rightful positions (by my judgement - :)) is always good to see.

If they can hold it together as they mostly did last week, then Brumbies in a tight one. Apparently, beat 41 defenders last week; most in a game since 2011.

Wiese just charges into contact off the ball like an idiot knocking out FF (Folau Fainga'a) in the process. Not foul play but ffs mate watch what you're doing.

Edit: FF (Folau Fainga'a) returns to the field after his HIA, looked absolutely cooked at the time.

Well, the Stormers sure as hell needed the penalty try because they couldn't get over the line themselves.

Disappointing end to the half........the Stormers clearly knocked the ball on two phases earlier - it should've been the end of the half right there, and now they get a penalty try and YC to Pulu.

Deserved penalty try despite the almost comical circus surrounding its awarding. Really think FF (Folau Fainga'a) shouldn't be out there. First lineout throw after the head knock was crooked, and first scrum he didn't (or couldn't) hook. Hopefully, Mann-Rea comes out after the break.

Arnold, Brown and Palu having big games. Wright has a lot of promise but still looks like a league player yet to learn the intricacies of rugby.
