I was just about to ask if the Reds have made Front Row signings.

De Lutiis is a great signing. Looked fantastic for the U20s and was on top of the Irish Scrum before the injury.

Unlike most U20s Forwards for Aus he looks physically ready for Super Rugby.

Have we retained Fa’agase as well? I thought he was solid this year, particularly towards the end. Would never say no to an upgrade but I feel he’d be a sound addition to the signings already announced.

Fantastic news. Loving the spread of props around. Reds after 2023 needed some starch in the front row.

One pet hate though is using Peni, wish the Reds wouldn't be so reliant on ineligible players.

As this year showed for the reds though is Results talk over developing Wallabies.

Guys like Peni allow the Reds to bring through younger Props properly.

In case he qualifies for Italy through his gorgeous Mediterranean name Massimo De Lutiiiiiiss.

We don't want them pulling a Monty Ioane and throwing a truck load of cannolis at the kid to get him playing at the Stadio Olimpico.

I get what you’re saying and we are seeing this risk play out right now with the Wallabies.

On the flip side it is going to help with the development of Faessler, Nonggorr & De Lutiis to be playing in a more dominant scrum and it will be better for all the Reds players to be in a more successful team. I’m not one for supporting an opening of the flood gates but I think this is a sensible use of an OS eligible player to generate a net gain.

He is a good signing and looked good.

Just by the way Marley Pearce (Western Force) has already played super rugby this year, and played well and even scored a try in super rugby.

Not saying Marley isn’t up to it but IMO De Lutiis a better Prop as of right now.

Marley very good around the field.

Barrett, De Lutiis, Pearce all top prospects.

Suddenly we actually have some front row depth. A starting front row of Ravai, Faesslar and Nonggoor with Asiata/Nasser, Hodgeman/Blake and Fa'agase/De Lutiis on the bench is something I'm pretty happy with. Now if we could just pick up some more second rowers that would be great.
