JOC (James O'Connor) (James O'Connor) showing why he's 10 minutes at end of game player?
Also didn't Lynagh have direct contavt with Crusaders player head when he hurt himself? Genuinely if hadn't of knocked himself silly would of been a YC, which shows how dumb many of those cards are.

Think you're right on Lynagh head knock.

Huh? Genuinely how many knocks to the head have you had to see it that way?

Do they not teach coming through the gate at the NZ Ref school?
The gate was discarded (officially) some years ago. Has it been reinstated. If so, I haven't heard. As I understand the laws now, so liong as the player joining the ruck has come from an onside position he doesn't have to "come through the gate", ie he doesn't have to come from directly behind the last player in the ruck. Notwithstanding, there have been a few instances in the game so far where a player has come in from an offside position and not been penalised. One was a cleanout on McReight as he was over the ball, but another was in favour of the Reds so go at it.

That epitomises the refereeing quality from this season.
Asiata trying to role sideways, Hotham holding him in to milk the penalty, Williams says no you’re holding him in but then on the counter ruck blows the penalty.
WTF
