Can someone please confirm the below summary is correct, just based on the last week of forum comments we've got a lot of staff movement in QPR:
Italics representing claims I could not confirm.
underlines confirmed movement.

Norths - head coach?
Wests - Director of Rugby, Assistant Coach
UQ - Director of Rugby? GM?
Bond - Head Coach? (Mick Heenan moving back to Brisbane?)
Brothers -GM, Director of Rugby?
GPS - Head Coach (Sio leaving)
Easts - Head Coach (Tony Mcgahan - Japan leaving), GM
SunnyBank - New Head Coach. Rex Tapuai (Confirmed)
Hasn't Garrick moved on from Souths? Is he involved again next year? Is Rama staying?

I heard fall out between head coach and dor at uq and dor has resigned. All reports are gm has resigned too! Initial thoughts for one of the asst coaches to take over and head coach to take on dor but apparently that asst coach has accepted a colts head coach role at sunnybank. Interesting times in club land at the moment.
DOR heading out was expected. Qualified on paper but was never able to "get it". Culture change requires buy-in, buy-in requires getting to know your playing group in person and keeping off-putting interactions to a minimum.

GM is a good bloke and came as more of a surprise.

Thanks for the clarification gents- I've just noted the updates. Is this the most change we've seen in years?
In my eyes the competition was a pretty clear 4 horse race this year, but primarily because of the fall off from UQ and GPS. Which doesn't bode well for the quality of the comp long term if that slide cannot be reversed.

With 6 Points separating the bottom 4 teams and 3 points separating the Top 3 I'd hate for QPR to become too top heavy.

I was told Andrew Fraser left to take up a fulltime role with Queensland Rugby. Am I misinformed?

Perhaps Brothers coaches need to give themselves a clip for their tactical decisions pre and during the game.

As for Wood & Fourie you need players like that to live on the edge. Just under a month ago we were all applauding Skelton for playing a similar role against the Lions.

Fourie in particular was in everything for Brothers on the D side of the ball & Wood was the dominant carry threat.

Perhaps if the rest of the brothers pack followed their lead they may have had their 3 peat.

I would also think changing your goal kicker 3 weeks in a row & not carrying a recognized goal kicker into a GF will haunt pup.

To be fair to the Brothers coaching staff, they clearly didn't have any intention of kicking at goal.

I think in the first half they turned down about 4 very kickable shots at goal and tried to score in the corner. It's full credit to the Bond forward pack who held them out each and every time. Those moments, combined with the first 20mins of the second half where the Bond pack asserted set piece dominance was where the game was won.

I spoke with a friend who has strong links to Norths today & he was adamant that the club will support Dan Ritchie moving forward.

Andrew Scotney was a name that was mentioned as a coaching Director who would help solidify the link with Nudgee College talent.

The Brisbane Prems off season silliness is in full flight - I can’t see Andrew Scotney ever helping anyone but Easts - Would be a monumental coup for Norths if they could do this.

How many clubs can really benefit from this ‘nudgee pipeline’?

Currently they’ve got

GPS via Sean Graham
Wests via Elwee
Easts/Norths - Andrew Scotney
Brothers - traditionally a strong Nudgee link
NRL Dolphins

Who else am I missing??
