It's about having a chat about a comp that doesn't get much love Phil, it doesn't need to have white ants trying to tear it down spreading half truths and 3rd hand rumours.
Inside knowledge is gold, if it comes from factual sources.
Mate you won’t find many more passionate and committed to QPR success than me, have been involved as a player, coach and now parent of a player for over 25 years.

I don’t think I’ve posted anything malicious or outright bullshit on here. I’ve used the forum as it’s meant to be used, a sounding board for all things in the competition.

If that doesn’t align with your views or you think it’s all crap then I’m sorry but that’s how I see it.

Werchon missed a pretty easy and important one in the grand final last year. He should have kicked that one and if he had it might have been a different final outcome.
His time in the bin (for stupidity) didn’t help that day either.
Personally I think he needs to talk less and take a greater focus on the football rather than the man.

Well said Phil - we are all entitled to an opinion and this is the best place to get your QPR chat.
I try to be objective but I think the very one-eyed posters add to the flavour of this forum and to the passion of this great competition that we all love.

The Eagles have looked really good but yet to see them on a dry track. I imagine Shaw will still be heavy under foot. Would be great to see them get up.

The Souths front row are really putting in the big minutes this year. I think that George Francis has played just about every minute of each game so far and Peter Halipio is not far behind with 70+ minutes each game. This is even more impressive when you consider the heavy conditions that their four matches have been played in. Great effort guys!!!

Ventured out to the Northside derby yesterday. Pretty decent game considering how wet the ground looked.
Fair play to Brothers to grind that win out with 14 players for most of the match.
Have to say I feel for Norths, that has to be up there with the worst officiating (referee and touch judges) I have ever seen and I don’t say that lightly.
Couldn’t work out who the referee was but he had a shocker.

Totally agree, credit to Brothers as they lifted and Norths mishandled continuously with the one man advantage.

Was uncanny on such a big weekend for Catholics that Brothers benefitted from the blow of the Pea. :)

Not sure how you can think the filth benefitted when down a man.
How the ref can go from fair contest, consult with touchie - red card:rolleyes:

I thought the ref was pretty good- the first Brothers try was from a blatant forward pass - apart from that howler he seemed fair. Norths definitely had Brothers measure and with three squandered try opportunities should go forward in the comp with confidence.

That’s not what I said mate I said they lifted. They deserved the win and Norths missed out on a good opportunity there.

But yes during the game I believe Brothers got the rub of the pea, conceding I am clearly one eyed.

Suggest you answered your own question there re the red card.
