It looks like teams were asked to submit their own lists with their own criteria.

Some teams have listed 'INS' as colts who've gone up to grades and lower grade players from other clubs who've jumped across.

Sheesh thats a big clean out at wests

can we remove the rebels from the clean “out” list of wests - they should be back post super rugby season.

Lukas Ripley also with the rebels has been listed as a “in” at the bullsharks so all I read from this is Prinsloo is trying to go the “underdog” “write us off” route

I wonder if the Wests Rebels will be asked to filter through to Vic Rugby instead of getting paid to fly back up to QLD and play QPR this year. Might be some kind of arrangement with Vic Rugby if they're trying to salvage the Rebels. Not sure how that whole thing will play out.

thought about that too.

you’d want a commitment from RA for 2024
And beyond.

I just gauge from the ins and out list that if lukas Ripley has been named for Bond University then the status quo will remain.

Ripley played for UQ not Wests.

Awesome thanks how about

Norths new Reds recruits? Jeff and Corbyn should get some airtime later in season

Brothers Sam Hyne is he running around again?

Be interesting to see what others this may stimulate - thanks great first up

That is my point from up above, it's a bit confusing because I don't think this list is produced by the QRU or Premier Rugby. Teams were just asked to provide who they believed are IN or OUT for their side, some have omitted guys going to Super Rugby teams, others are including them.

For example Norths have got a whole bunch of players listed as 'Transitioned From Colts', I imagine every team in the comp has a number of players doing that but they have chosen not to include them in the list.

Fees for Senior Men's down @ Chipsy Wood are $550 for this season according to Rugby Xplorer. Had a quick look on Rugby Xplorer and Men's season fees in QPR range from $430 to $580.
