Qld Premier Rugby 2023

Surely Wests could get a team list together around the same time as everyone else on Rugby Xplorer. They're always late and half the time its never the team running out.

They need to make sure the flight lands first from Melbourne before they figure out which stalwarts are playing reserve grade.

No but seriously how good is the QVPR (Queensland Victorian premier rugby)

Wilson, Stewart and Flook back at brothers

Bond also have Fijian international Mesulame Dolokoto at hooker in a bloody good forward pack.
Bond appears spoilt for choice in the forwards, and if they can gel and get the UQ defence going backward, the backs will carve up on attack - especially that back three. However, UQ can never be discounted and if they sniff an opportunity, they will pounce. It will be either a walkover - or an absolute cracker.....

It would be nice if the Force and Rebels could also do one of these for all their players in the QPR, hard to keep track

Careful what you wish for sometimes it’s takes a couple of games to integrate your returning stars into the way your team plays!! But it will be great to see HW back in the Butcher stripes.

Belly easier said than done spotting head knocks when you don’t have the advantage of video replay like they do in super rugby. If neither ref, medic of doctor doesn’t see the incident and player has play on mentality then yeah of course it’s up to the player
If we can do it....why can't anyone else?

Neutral supporter but would be very happy if Easts win a semi final this year. Bugger all super players, thought Wests were the team to beat today. In all honesty think Wests should still be favourite for this comp when their full strength team is together. Not sure who will be eligible though but will still back them in. Think Bond won’t be far behind but in the 3-4 years I’ve been following QPR this is the closest comp I can remember. The 2 teams out of the 4 at the moment could win without a shock. How good is club footy
