Isn’t next week a Competition break for all teams?I don't have details as who will and won't play.
But perhaps there will be an appearance next week if not this.
Would they just put them into a Sydney club team to save on travel?I think it’s actually a logistical nightmare for those 2 players. This week they are in Sydney, so they fly up Thursday night training, return for a fan experience day Friday morning at Coogee then fly back to Brisbane.
Maybe a cameo off the bench for both these guys is on the cards if it means they can skip Thursday night training at Yoku?
But if we don’t get any wallabies this weekend in club rugby it will be a shame because across the ditch we had Ardie Savea (will be a ABs XV RWC) having a run back in clubland - Kiwis about repping clubland - but all our players are in a mass resting wrapped in cotton wool???? Lame!!

Eddie would have them all down at Coogee Oval in 1st & 2nd Grade if he could.Depends on the rules around registrations probably and whether they want to bend them. Some of the players would likely already be registered with QLD clubs. They'd have to go through a release process with the QLD club and then sign for a NSW club, if they were following the rules to a tee.

Yep thats right. Ravu Vueta who plays for Sunnybank prems was playing for USC barbarians sunshine coast comp last week during bye week for Sunnybank. It’s a lot easier process now. There’s no release… you can be registered ro multiple clubs and play for diff teams as long as the multiple registration falls outside of the competition of “your other” team.
There’s rebels players playing wests one week and then vic comp next week… also know of a wests player who was doing 3rd/4th grade in morning, jumping in his car and then playing home games for 1st grade at Toowoomba.

Sounds like heaps of fun for the opposing team....Yep thats right. Ravu Vueta who plays for Sunnybank prems was playing for USC barbarians sunshine coast comp last week during bye week for Sunnybank.
in fairness Sunnybank would struggle to beat any team at present.Sounds like heaps of fun for the opposing team....
No Wallabies named in the Shute Shield teams for this round.I don't have details as who will and won't play.

Yeah, strong looking forward pack, particularly front row. Scrums could get nasty for UQ this weekend.Van Nek looks like he is turning out for Easts this year. Named at THP
You must be new here!I have scrolled through 75 pages of so-called QLD Premier Rugby comments - and I have seen little to nothing about players who are exciting, solid, up and coming etc. The closest was Kohan Herbert....the rest was drivel about Wests, UQ and Brothers - yes the same brothers who got spanked by a so-called ' No Way' Bond outfit. Nothing about Max Craig - a hooker leading try scoring ladder. Nothing about Tomas Grenon - the ex winger who is carving up as a loosie. Nothing about the excellent tactical boot of Shane Kennedy.....and nothing about Norths shaping up to be giant killers in the latter part of the season....just guff about hamburgers, some cockamamy Shute Shield points system and Wests' shocking field (but to tell the truth, their REAL crime is the club song)....and he might be a decent talent.....but CCJ is one of many quasi-stars wearing No 9 in the QPR. The magic is in the game that is played by some of the most talented players in the country..... Let's give THEM some more kudos - and leave the comments about hamburgers et al to the realms of Facebook and Tik Tok. Cheers......Actually Werchon is a heck of a talent, but let's hear more about the player....not where the player is - or isn't - going.
Seems that the Moji Rauluni effect has pulled some strings again to bring in another Fijian. Elia Canakaivata playing his first game for Easts. Straight into starting side.Yeah, strong looking forward pack, particularly front row. Scrums could get nasty for UQ this weekend.
I think this bloke might be the Hamburger cook from Wests .I have scrolled through 75 pages of so-called QLD Premier Rugby comments - and I have seen little to nothing about players who are exciting, solid, up and coming etc. The closest was Kohan Herbert....the rest was drivel about Wests, UQ and Brothers - yes the same brothers who got spanked by a so-called ' No Way' Bond outfit.
