The woman’s game should be played before Premier Grade every week - the majority of the crowd leaves after 1st Grade

Petaia is playing club rugby this weekend.

Rennie wants to see him at fullback

I think you’ll find a couple of years commentary over in the reds thread about this very idea but unfortunately it hasn’t eventuated.

I was going to say Jock Campbell should be put on notice but he’s been missing from the reds heavy squad? Is everything ok for Jock Campbell?

Also if Jock was healthy…

Surely he’d be playing wing for the heavys.

Mac G has been the form 15 in the comp this year and qld rugby needs to continue to develop him there.

Someone at the reds will emerge for rhe 15 jersey next year. As I think it’s the position in backline most up for grabs.

Lots of pretty dire commentary on line this last couple of pages. I've deleted two posts, banned the offenders and deleted posts that quoted them to comment (including mine). Consider this a further warning that such crap won't be tolerated.

here come the Rebels. With no Sydney comp it seems they are coming our way.

Josh Kemeny and Ross Haylett-Petty named for Wests. Matt Gibbon from the bench

Can see the Mack Truck emblem with the surrounding stars being a neat fit………..

I would say Nathan Carroll has been the best performing fullback this season. Grealy hasn’t lived up to my expectations so far. We need to knock the dancing (on the spot) step out of him quickly.

You can’t have watched him too closely if you think his form isn’t great . He and the Oats brothers have been killing it at the back for UQ.

Tipping for this week can be found HERE

All the away teams are favourites so will have to overcome a handicap.

Form is not bad, just saying I expected a bit more. IMO Nathan Carroll is performing better. And I’m not the only one with this opinion.

EDIT. I actually went to the UQ and Sunnybank game last weekend, because I hate going to Norths, and watched Grealy with dedicated interest. He injects himself well but still needs to develop in positional play and general skill. He’s got time. No biggie. Just my observations.

That shows commitment, well done .

If you get a chance or haven’t already done so , have a look at the recent Easts v UQ game or even the mini match on Stan. Grealy was at a different level that day .

I caveat this with haven’t watched every game, but I flick through them on Saturday and I’ve thought Grealy has been one of the most influential backs in the QPR the past 5 or 6 weeks, I thought he had been a point of difference for UQs backline.

I haven’t watched much of Brothers this season though.

So very much of an outsider been following the Bulldogs because of the Rebels there. It’s got me wondering a 9 side comp? Surely they could/should look at expanding to a 10 side comp
