They have and will always do well , breed them tough in ipswich , just think igs if they really want to win a title they have to get more serious with rugby , next year should be great for the firsts as alot of boys this year playing in firsts are only grade 11 I think maybe 6 or 7

Ippy are always tough - Jamo I thought David Eagle was at IGS in the Rugby Advisor/Director role?

Dave is a great guy and very well respected at igs , I think he has been made the main coach of the firsts but pretty sure hasn't been put in as a director of rugby role , but if somebody out there can say he this that would be great

9 of the current firsts are Yr11.
5 are U16's
Dave Eagle has done a great job so far.

IGS 14A, 13A & 12A are all unbeaten in 2014 so far, good talent coming thru for the next several years as well.
Good to see the boys traveling well and it bodes well for the up coming years.
But as far as the 14s are concerned they have BBC and NC to contend with yet, And the 13s have BSHS and BBC.

Agree with what you are saying. 13s beat BSHS last weekend and play BBC in final game of the year. Should be a cracker of a game if they are both still unbeaten

Either way it'll be a cracker, all 3 teams are playing great footy this year. Next years U14 is shaping up to be a doozy when you take these 3 and the others teams that are traditionally stronger as the age groups progress.

I am pleased that the forum has expanded to consider performances by all teams down to the 13As and to encourage chat about the opinions and ups and downs in these areas and not just First XV for page after page. The realisation that some massive rivalries are building for teams like BBC/BSHS/IGS at 13A level will sustain the forum for years to come and give boys wonderful memories of last minute wins and losses, of unbelievable refereeing calls for or against, of resilient men playing through injuries and of pressure kicks or plays and coaching masterstrokes or blunders pulled off in front of large crowds of peers and family. All of these things combine to help a boy to know himself and that is why I'm proud to be involved with Rugby.

...Since 2003, there have been about 4-5 draws between TSS and ACGS. I thought the loss of Mason and his direction would have told - and it seemed to have. macMillan must have taken the first half to get his second wind and then added some spark in the second half.
ME, I remembered your TSS - ACGS draw prediction from last year. Are you tipping another draw this year?

Rugga, nice analytics but are you sure you have the 13A and 14A positions right? They look out of whack
