Round Preview with the Wobbly boots on:
Nudgee Vs TSS
The Coasties are conditioned travelers, so a saunter up the M1 to the sunny climes of Boondall won't phase them too much. The last time most of them were up that way was for the Justin Bieber concert when Nudgee old boy, James O'Conner was one of the backing singers. The fond memories of that night will be enough for TSS to get home. The Nudgee old boys will be there early to check the form of the burger cookers and their under 14A team. That'll be the highlight for them.

IGS V BSHS
The Ippy Mother Machine rolls on and is gathering more momentum than a Facebook invite for an 18th Birthday Party at Redneck Plains. State High will have celebrated hard after the Tough Mudder against BBC the previous week. Many of the backline lost their boots in the Fursden Road mire in that match and the groundsman won't be there for another week to dig them out, so thats gonna make things difficult for High.

BBC V ACGS
BBC have ditched the pre-game pipe-band march this week and will be doing the Celebrity Ice Bucket Challenge (that's taking social media by storm), instead. This should be enough to jolt them into some action for the first 15 minutes at least. Extra mirrors have been installed in the Visitors change room at Miskin so the Churchie lads can practice GPS Shield lifts before the game. This will tire out a few of their backrowers, as BBC put on a couple of early tries. Chaos will then break out at halftime as an X5 driven by a Churchie mother goes into the creek next to the field.
By the time the crowd turns their attention back to the rugby, the Churchie backs will have put on 4 tries.

TGS V GT
The Terrace lads will be up there earlier than Noah on a rainy morning. The 4 hour warm up will take its toll and it will be a slow start from the Red and Black. TGS traditionally shut the boarding house kitchen on Friday nights before home games to fire things up a little. They'll also be doing a slide night on their recent South African Tour which will also bring back a few ordinary memories. TGS will hit the red dirt angry and GT will be holding on tighter than an All Black supporter to an Aussie dole cheque. It'll be a cracker - I like these two sides.
