Two rounds to go and a mathematical chance of only the second four way tie in Brisbane GPS school history.

The "contentious" results to achieve this would be for GT to defeat BGS and IGS to defeat Churchie this weekend and then for BGS to knock over NC at Ross Oval.

If all other games to form, NC, BGS, TSS and IGS all finish on 12 points.

Stranger things have happened and a four way tie would confirm just how close the competition has become this year. What are the odds?

It's always possible. But for BGS to lose to GT and then beat NC would be borderline bizarre.

Don't think it's contentious that IGS will likely knock over Churchie.

It will probably be a little closer than you might think. Don't forget that it was Ipswich who denied Churchie the premiership last year, no doubt there will be a fair few Churchie boys seeking redemption for not only that loss but their season so far.

I wonder if given a second chance the GPS selectors would change their teams after looking at the table.

BGS to steamroll Terrace and Ippy to upset Churchie.
TGS and TSS to win comfortably.
BGS v NC grand final next week-end.
It will be a beauty.

Can't see this happening :D

Yeah, I would agree to that.

I think the best thing about the competition is that with two rounds to go, four teams have a chance at a share of the premiership. People will always look at this with different views, but my view is that it means the Brisbane GPS comp is healthy which can only be good.

Tipping ACGS over Ippy may be a bold choice but coming off a win(however shaky it was) they will be confident and show Ippy up.

I would be very interested to know the lineup for the BGS 16c's.

BGS's formidable 16C lineup includes the likes of captain Mort Duff (everyone's genuine mate), backed up by brawling captains/vices Mitch Stafford and Brody MacGinley. With genuine blokes like twin threat Hazza and Sam Hele charging hard up the field the match is sure to be a spectacle. Impressive box kicks and mid field cross kicks all round with plenty of Big Don't Argues undoubtedly to be laid out by the boys.
