Summary of the Season:
BGS: Deserve to be the premiers, great season.
Nudgee: Tried hard but couldn't get the result at home.
TSS: Unlucky not to beat Grammar and win the premiership.
IGS: Lucky season, didn't deserve a top three finish.
TGS: Good team, strong season.
BBC: Unlucky with injury could have been better.
ACGS: Churchie are cocky shitheads and deserved to have a shit season.
GT: Bunch of Vaginas.
BSHS: Loss of Chris Sautia=loss of their whole team.

Wow, what a season and result for BGS. Congrats on their first outright rugby premiership in 40 years and coming back after such a shocking season a couple of years ago.

Nudgee went downhill right after that cow went crazy. Was too funny. very good game, both sides played fantastic rugby. BGS deserved to win. Congratulations to Greene and the boys!

on a separate note, did NOT like the way the nudgee boys (not the players but the school boys, boarders mainly) treated Sam Greene after the game. Very rude, disrespectful and mean spirited. Bad sportsmanship

The first time ever Grammar has gone undefeated at Northgate
The first time in 40 years we've won an outright premiership

Congratulations to the Grammar 1stXV - they overcame those who doubted them and predicted them to not even break the top 4 - they didn't get cocky and brand themselves favourites unlike a school that shall remain unnamed - they came out against physically bigger teams and unlike many of their opposition played their hearts out until the final whistle

They are the BGS 1ST XV PREMIERS 2012

BGS forwards outstanding led by Cornelsen. Played as a unit & dominated the breakdown allowing Greene time to show he is much more then just a quality kicker.

Nudgee good for the first 20 minutes & went out to a 19-3 scoreline but then became very lateral in attack. Failed to contest the high ball & kicked poorly. Paddy James played his heart out, consistently broke the line but lacked support runners. Tuttle very quiet post the first 20 minutes. Mafi solid for the piggies.

Decent crowd, best guessimate somewhere around 8000.

Didn't like their sportsmanship during the game either. From what I heard, they seemed like they were echoing some of Churchie's words by chanting about his mum while he was taking a kick. Any noise at all during kicks is disgraceful - it just lowers the standard of rugby being played, and after all, most people are there to see a good game of rugby.

on another note too, there was some talk throughout the BGS boys about running onto the field directly after the game resulting in a forfeit... Is there any truth about this happening or was it just talk from the school leaders trying to stop people running onto the field?

School leaders trying to deter , was said to Grammar old boys too. Didnt work so well.
I think they just wanted the boys to wait until the 1sts had shaken hands - like in the ACGS game. I don't think anything would stop them right after everything had concluded - there wasn't enough room to fit all the BGS supporters and players. Anyway, does anybody have a photo of Greene or the team with the GPS Rugby Cup?

Would just like to thank my counterpart light for his astounding predictions for ACGS and for leading them onto a fantastic year with some quality arguments.

Not your conterpart mate but good try.

What a stupid post. You won the premiership and yet you have to be a dick about it, where's the sportsmanship gone mate?

I think Brisbane Grammar '12 may just be the greatest schoolboy rugby team of all time, anywhere.

Just an opinion..

Have to agree, they could probably beat the All Blacks right now.
