Campbell or "Big Red" is a considerable athlete and had a fair game over the weekend with himself and Bobby Tuttle only getting 10 mins each. The NRC is also a massive jump in grade for Campbell, he has only played a few short games off the bench for prems (he had both Sam Johnson and Samu Kerevi in front of him) so most of this season he has been dominating colts or has been injured. He reminds me of a young red headed Greg Inglis, he has an excellent fend, one of the best front on defenders for a big man and has plenty of pace when he needs it.
As both he and Tuttle get more game time their games will improve immensely as they also had a great combination when they played colts together at the start of the year.
On the game, I thought a few QLD players were very underwhelming like Gale, Hirsimaki, Brandon, Fitzgerald (in defense), Knox, Pincus, and Winks at stages too.
Especially for a bloke who has played S15, I expected a whole lot more from Gale. But then I haven't rated him for a while. Ma'afu was impressive when he came on for Freney who also had a decent game.
There is definitely room for improvement and they should improve immensely with some bigger names returning to the squad.
