$5000 ?! that is a lot of pennies he has spent. Is that the fine for being discrete, as otherwise I guess he'd have been charged with indecent exposure?

you guys have GOT to be kidding? this is just below us as human beings. a guy was pissing behind a tree across the road from my school and if he had finished before i walked on , i would have pushed him onto the road.

I have no problem public pissing so long as they are discrete, if beale was pissing in an obvious location then fair fine. If he was pissing in a discrete location and still got caught he really needs to look harder. :p

I just let go a few drops at my office desk in excitement at seeing Ant Finger named. Does that count as public urination?

As long as its somewhere that will absorb it, like behind a tree and its discreet, then no issue.
If its onto pavement and will stick around then I have a problem.

There is a time and place for everything. Discretion is important. Nigel No Friends can get away with a lot more than Public Figures.

At a work function, no one is particularly concerned when the forklift driver disappears into the darkness to relieve himself discretely on a tree/bush. Bit different when the General Manager does the same, worse when it is not performed discretely on a bush.

I don't like it if some ants are caught up in the wash. They did nothing to deserve his hosing down.
