The word from up North is that Sam Norton-Knight was so terrible at 10 for his teams (Blues?) that he virtually single-handedly cost them a spot in the HC playoffs. He was shunted to 15 amid universal ridicule. I haven't seen any of those matches so I don't know, but they were heaping it on him from pretty much the first match he played, so it wasn't just a case of deciding to scapegoat him after they failed to make the playoffs.

Any Argentinian flyhalves out there we can bring in? The Force's current style should suit them. Better to get local talent in obviously, but it seems like all the young local talent is tied up by the other Aussie franchises atm. I couldn't see Brock James coming over unless he thought he had a real shot at the 10 jersey for the WC. They worship him in France. As a kicking flyhalf though he'd do a great job. He's probably tied up in contract until 2020 anyway.

I'd really like to see JOC (James O'Connor) have a run here. Unlike some, I don't really hold people haircuts or age against them and I think he could do pretty well. Like others have said, it might add a maturity and depth to his game that will only benefit Aus in the long run.
