I like how there's no opponent, and none of the Wallabies are supporting their body weight. Just a complete mess of what the laws and lawmakers envisioned what rugby post-tackle should look like

It is a good point. Is there any offside line for Lions players in that photo? Is there an obscured Lion?

There was a tackler, who Slipper flopped on top of and then he rolled away from the tackle, got up and ran to elsewhere in the defensive line.

Offside line is created when Slipper gets there. When does the tackle officially end, ie when does the offside line disappear, if everyone involved is off their feet? That's one of life and rugby's great mysteries
