Maybe by round two they will have found some convoluted way of showing that Higgers should be picked over Palu, only for Palu to rip him a new one (and make Groucho squeal simultaneously).

Pocock is wide and undoubtedly very fit, but I don't think he's tall enough to really be labelled physically imposing.

While being huge is important in this thread, you also have to dominate the pussys consistently on the rugby field at the same time. The Cock dominates pussys for fun.

Ideally this team of 15 would make their opposing team scared shit because they know they will be hurt very badly come fulltime. So I guess Palu would be a better choice at No. 8.

Spies is not hard enough to be in the physically imposing category, I reckon. He's a great athlete with a great physique, but he's not imposing. Chis is in the same category.

guess I'm heading down the wrong path then.

Going by the corrected definations then, I'd still take Burger ahead of Pocock though. But yeah, no interest in Spies!

Sideshow Bob has been known for doing some robust tackles and that's why he made my team.

Who would you pick as your physically imposing international fullback? You could come up with some physical 15s at a lower level I suppose but there aren't too many Fergi McCormacks these days.

I played against Fergi as a young bloke when my family was in NZ for a few years and we were in a Canterbury junior rep team together too. Tough bastard, bloody tough. He played 1st 5 for Linwood and I was a "breakaway", as we called it then, for Sydenham.

Those were the days: playing in the frost at Hagley Park at 9am and every knock accentuated by the cold; then on the bike home. I still remember Fergi on cold mornings and my right hip starts aching. He bumped me off nearly 60 years ago and I could hardly walk for two weeks.

Fair point Lee, not many Gavin Hastings around. I'd go for Byrnes though. Boot's intimidating if nothing else.

Lee is that Fergie McCormick, fullback for canterbury and new zealand

Apparently he was 5ft 7 and 74 kgs, he doesn't sound very imposing too me haha

Edit; all blacks website lists him at 83kgs which is pretty heavy for someone thats 5ft 7

I don't reckon too many taxi customers would be "doing the runner" from Brian

here he is stopping to pick up a customer
