Rocky is still our best six and I noted how much he was working in tandem with the Cock last year, almost like his protector (Marc Messier and Wayne Gretsky style, to use another sport). I'm happy with that.

IMO the revelation at 8 this year has been Leroy Houston. Has gone from an imopact player off the bench due to, i reckon, fitness to an 80 minute player. has dropped a heap of kgs, is fit and generally always gets over the advantage line. Sure there are players ahead of him but he may be a "smokie" if he continues his form (and the Reds do as well)

Had fantastic hands last weekend

Why does the cock need a protector? (assuming you are referring to pocock?)

Are you saying that Rocky loves the cock?

Because he gets bashed at the breakdown every single week and is targeted (like against the Shorks). A bloke can't do it all alone. With Rocky riding shotgun, other teams are less likely to have a crack at him.

And doesn't everyone love the Cock? :)

Why are all the threads going kind of gay lately? Not that there's anything wrong with that...

see at about 22 sec...whoever comes into the ruck comes in from the side....just an observation

but the best thing about watching this was seeing who missed the tackle on Palu at the death...none other than the traffic light....bahahaha

goodbye 2011 RWC.....

I have to say Bullrush that you've turned trolling "just below the blatancy to get banned" into an artform. You even got quoted on the fucking podcast.

I think palu is the same as elsom when it comes to being unnoticed. The main criticism I hear of him is he goes missing or doesn't have the Same impact against the all blacks or southern Africans. Problem is our scrum usually doesn't achieve parity against them and pall is forever taking ball from behind it and trying to set a platform from well behind the advantage line while getting smashed. The difference was gaping with brown there as pall stands his ground and brown went backwards or sent risky passes

It's not pretty work butunfotunately someone has to do it and pall is the best we have.

Also, I've said it before but kepu for all his impact when you watch old classic matches spends a lot of time hanging out the back of play with his hands on his head. He was great at interjecting himself but I actuallythink his impact would have been less against today's defensive lines.

Do you mean Palu and Kefu, wj?

Indeed. I reckon I would last less than 24 hrs on TSF with a similar approach. Or at least with all the usual suspects raining hellfire and diatribe upon me. Guess we must be a tolerant bunch? ;)

Like I say, it's an artform - he delicately puts just enough value in to avoid the chop.

But one day, one day.......

He's talking about this. Do you mean Toutai Kefu instead of Sekope Kepu?

yes i did, his question said kepu or palu, which confused me, but i probably confused him. well, Kepu should change his name its to close to kefu and he came first.

speacking of coming first, pocock should also change his name to avoid confusion with cockbain
