Siosifa Amone could be this decade's JacPot for the Tahs in terms of cult hero status!
Early call after 1 game, I know, but that is the Tahs' supporter's way - bandwagon all the way.
OK, that's very good. When a prop scores a try like a tasty meat pie
That's Amone.
OK, that's very good.
Been working on it all week?![]()
Nah, started yesterday evening and finished around 2am. The next line is proving more difficult though.
I think they are keeping us in the dark
Jas didnt play any trials
Half a supe game round 1
Not playing round 2…..
He's a good prospect and was solid last week but I don't think his form last year really qualifies as good, and he has a long way to go before he's in Wallabies contention. There's a reason he didn't get selected for the Aus XV or any Wallabies squads last year, with guys like Swain and Smith who also missed out still ahead of him.Thoughts on Miles Amatosero. In the first game I think he continued his good form from last year. Would really like him to do well and stick around in Aus rugby for the Tah's sake and the Wallabies should he get a crack at that level. Potentially he could be a weapon.
He is also a TH lock, the majority of his game should be doing the hard, unappreciated stuff off the ballHe's a good prospect and was solid last week but I don't think his form last year really qualifies as good, and he has a long way to go before he's in Wallabies contention. It's not surprising given his age - he's very young for a tight 5 forward with a long career ahead of him, but he does need to focus on delivering consistently at this level first before he's going to get a shot at the next one.
Went to the semi but not the final? My Dad went to round 1 which was his first live game since the 2014 semi-final.
23 this year, so he's not exactly straight out of school. I'm guessing here, but most Australia locks that are genuine prospects would be making squads at least, if not playing some tests at this age. It's not surprising given his age - he's very young for a tight 5 forward with a long career ahead of him, but he does need to focus on delivering consistently at this level first before he's going to get a shot at the next one.
I don't think Blythe is a real Wallaby prospect either - hence a 26-year-old debut. He might get the odd game or two, but Miles has always had, and should have a bigger ceiling. Hopefully he can push forward this yearReckon Blyth gets a Wallaby cap if the Reds came last? From his age now is when he should be coming into his prime.

The greatest regret of my life is being overseas for that Grand Final that both my brother and old man went to.Yep. Absolutely insane but he didn't want to go to Olympic Park.
I was pretty impressed with his progress right at the end of last season. He had some pretty good performances and started to assert himself physically which I think has to be the hallmark of his game.
A life well lived if thats your greatest regret. But I mean, it was pretty good...The greatest regret of my life is being overseas for that Grand Final that both my brother and old man went to.
