Agree: it's probably his best position.
Like a lot of elite schools players, he plays beyond his years. This doesn't guarantee success as a senior player because others catch up in rugby maturity a year or three after leaving school, but his prospects are open-ended at the minute.
If he looks like a schoolboy Matt Burke, so does Harry Jones look like a schoolboy Ben Tune — but we have to qualify that by saying we have seen many schoolboy stars not advance their school promise afterwards.
But at the minute we can watch them and hope some hope.
And no, I don't think those those remarks would place too much pressure on them. In their last year of school it is fair enough to speculate on the future of such players; the interest they would have attracted already from both sides of the rugby code would make such comments small stuff to them.
