what about from the 16's?

Excluding those who were up in the firsts and seconds such as Henry Hutchinson, Jake Richards and Sepasa etc.

Joeys- Across the board many great players. Tom Wright and many talented backs. Will McConnell, Tom Horton. Lots to look forward to.

View- This year 16s aren't of note but already have five 16s up in the opens.

Newington- Not much to look forward to. Average team

Shore- Same as Newington. Should struggle.

Kings- Big runners of Cameron King and Harry Chapman. Few good backs too such as Jake La Ferla, Chris Orpen and Lui Heaton.

Scots- Another strong team to add further to scots depth. Excellent 9, 10, 15. Couple good forwards, forgetting the names, 7 and second rower.

I watch joeys and there are some late bloomers to look out for, a few boys are playing in the b's and c's who would more than match the skill some of the more fancied kids above them. As kids bulk up there could be some surprises as long as selectors open their minds and given the dreadful performances of the first 15 they need to!

First, a little comprehension lesson: statement a - late bloomers to look for. Statement b - as kids grow size advantage disappears. No mention of brick s'houses. Secondly, if you can't identify the boys wrongly overlooked you walk around with the joeys blinkers on and are exactly part of the problem. End result: a first 15 like joeys had this year...and last and the year before etc etc.

I would find a comprehension lesson from someone who is semi-literate a waste of time.

I asked you to nominate those poor disadvantaged boys who had been overlooked for the last two seasons in favour of those in the As.

stop embarrassing yourself spectator. The guy made a valid point that there are kids in the "B"s and "C"s now that may well grow making them worth looking at.

If you can't understand that then its no one's fault but your own.

poor little spectator, I knew after your aggressive response to donj you would claim like a good little gen "y"er that I was simply asking a question.
Pull you head in, if you REALLY want a reasonable answer ask the question with out your hands down your pants.

Settle down boys. It wasn't an unreasonable request. Donj is notorious for pushing the barrows of friends in Yr 10 at Joeys - just read his/her posts for the last year. I would also like to know which boys are worthy of consideration to play 1sts or 2nds next year that may have been overlooked at all under 16s representative levels? Wouldn't it be great if we uncovered a rough diamond?

If I had my hands down my pants I couldn't type. The question remains unanswered.

Kids do change. I heard of kids at Joeys going from 9ths to the 3rds from yr 11 to yr 12.

One boys this year went from 8ths last year to 1s and 2s this year. Despite Joeys problems at the top and strength in the lower grades I can't see anyone from Bs or Cs making 1s next year. Happy to hear who donj has to put forward but

plus ça change, plus c' est la même chose.

You go away for a quick sabbatical ..... Time to get the mirror out and have a good hard look at myself.
Best wishes to all the boys doing their HSC's and good luck to Scots path to world domination. By the looks of the weekends paper, local council are going to be the issue... Petty ante bureacracy at its finest. You might get a gig here IS !!!!
