Wow - that surprises me because I rated him as a flyhalf, and fear that the switch could affect his rep chances.
I agree LG - can't see this being legit!

main event your thoughts on any bolters for the tks 1st XV?? any GPS predictions?[/q
Yes I believe Nick Brown who finished the season in the TKS 3rd XV has a good chance at firsts and possibly even higher rep honours..
Taufa Tofu is a talented musician on a scholarship from tonga who has later proven himself to be a formidable rugby player ! I think he will fit very nicely in the 1st XV and possibly even higher representation
i hear there had been another addition into the Newington Dream team and he is only in year 10, comes by the name of Simon kennewell he is from st. Augustines...another one haha but he plays centre and is a big unit, i expect big things from this kid and i think he may play a key role in the Backrow and george prassas may move to prop.
MY Pick for 2013
1. George Prassas 2nd XV
2. Campbell Shearer/Matt Serhorn 2nd XV, 16A
3. Vuni..(not too sure of his full name, correction will be made if i am wrong) 2nd XV and 16A
4.Anthony Vasilis (1st/2nd XV, got injured early on with a thumb injury)
5.Simon Kennewell (centre to backrow, interesting to see how he goes or if he changes to this position)
6. David Morris 1st XV
7. Jordan Roods/Tom Meaney/stuart Mill (all strong ruckmen) all 2nd XV members
8. Lachie Kannell (easy rep player if he keeps up his form) 1st XV
9. Joey Lussick 1st XV
10. Ellis Abraham (english lad, strong with the ball and good defender) 1st XV /Lachlan Anderson (small but a key play maker and controller of team mates) 2nd XV
11. Tanne Milne (needs to prove himself in this position, imposing and a good ball runner) 1st XV
12. Josh Mitchell (needs more exposure to the 1sts, great with the ball and a key defender when it counts) 2nd XV
13. Tepai Meoroa (big unit, Aus. school boy rep and hits like steam train) (1st XV)
14. needs to be filled in (any ideas)
15. needs to be filled in (any ideas)
this could well be one of the greatest teams that Newington had put together, even more so than last years winning team, but if the coaches use this players right and don't lose key players, they will for sure be a dominat team once again and win the GPS title on the anniversary!

Was this the kid that replaced Foketi when he got injured????
7. Jordan Roods/Tom Meaney/stuart Mill (all strong ruckmen) all 2nd XV members
Im sorry LG and Reckless but i have very good sources for this information and his performances around the breakdown this year makes me think he will be able to excel at this position
stuey mill is an absolute workhorse, the effort he puts in will be an essential factor to newingtons success, a little mark baldwin in the making.Good group at #7!
FYI - Stuart Mill won the "Best Forward" award for the Newington 2ndXV this year, and also was awarded "Best Forward" for his SJRU Open"A"'s team ( Canterbury Juniors / Sydney Uni ). He was named Illawarra Representative Player of the Year for his work with Illawarra U/17's at Country Championships ( before school rugby had commenced )! Not a bad return for 2012!
I think that David Morris has just finished Year 12 and doing HSC at the moment.
Good point. Wish we had the money that the AFL has to throw aroundNot too dissimilar to how rugby works in Vic.
