1st, 2nds, 3rds, 4ths, 9ths, 16As and 15As all moved to Joeys number 1 tomorrow
Robbie Deans was right, barely any water on the pitch
New prediction due to weather View over Scots by 5

There goes my prediction for the freak upset. SGS can only win at home with a gale-force wind behind them in both halves. Maybe that was possible given the current weather but not at Hunters Hill.

Joeys won first half 33-0 and lost the second half 19-12. Grammar never gave in and took advantage of a switched off SJC team. Best for Joeys were 12, 13, 3 and 8. Joeys 2nds won in a canter.

Agree with your 3 and 8 but the Joeys half has got a sensational pass. I wouldn't be prepared to give the nod to any of the joeys outside backs because the grammar backline was dreadful defensively. As for the Joeys no. 11: if he stopped playing to the crowd he would be worth a look.

New beat Shore 19-18 in a really crap game. Shore lead for most of the game and missed a conversion late in the game which would have won them the game. New played like crap but ....... a win is a win.
Scots stuck to their regular script and despite promising so much delivered very little. Their defence around the ruck was very poor and View scored a lot of easy points.
So it looks as though View may be Champions for 2012 ....... unless Joeys can win the battle of the catholics ....... I can't see anyone else beating them.

Joeys number 1 had 2 teams trained on it all week and games today from 9am and not one spot of mud all day. Spoke to a tour manager who said he was flabbergasted by the condition if the pitch.
They should have played the 14s and 13s there: it would have made no difference
My son wants to know why they don't sow the whole playing field with the same grass

Must be the 'holy water' they had on it all week...

I heard there was an all in brawl at the end of the Scots Riverview game. Plus a match report please?
