He returned to Joeys in 1970 to repeat Year 12 but did not play rugby at all, choosing to help coach various teams. Not sure if he played in the 3rd XV in Year 11 in 1968, but if he did that was the highest he got at Joeys - he never played 1sts or 2nds. His Wallaby debut was 1980.
and Luke Burgess was No9 in the 2nd XV in 2001, not the 3rd XV.

Just shows that all it takes lads is an awful amount of hard work. The amount of rowers i've seen in the First VIII after being in the Fourth/Third IV is countless...

Yeah not sure about the Scotsmen this year...

Hopefully I am proved wrong. Looks to be lots of talent in that backline. Hope the coaches have got it together

Perhaps we could sub in @Balmain Subbies as Scots Rugby MIC?

If there was proof that my mental faculties are failing today has proven it. I shall be cross referencing my records from now on.
Luke Burgess was from East Maitland. I am unsure if he had brothers
