Firsts - Joeys 33 Shore 17

Seconds - Joeys 59 - Shore 5

Thirds - Joeys 17 - 7

16A Joeys 15 - Shore 0

15A Joeys 29 - Shore 10

14A 54 Joeys - Shore 26

13A 83 Joeys - Shore 6
Shore 16s have either improved a hell of a lot or Joeys really feeling the loss of a couple/ several(?) exceptional players to Opens.
Kings 15s have several new faces and pumped the Glengary Scots team. Based on Kings Opens performance today they must be strongly considering pushing up the young 5/8 who was exceptional, but probably still a touch young. Being the First XV coach son will make it that bit harder but he was very, very good.

Well done the the Joe boys they were definitely the better team on this occasion. A few have mentioned I have seen but a shout out to the #10 for the Joeys 2nd XV he will definitely give the 1s number 10 a run for his money. I also think had the game was within reach for 90 percent of the fixture but ran out in the last 5 minutes. Joeys definitely looking hopeful for the prem but as you all know I’m very optimistic and still think Shore have a chance especially when Callaghan returns in the next week and Bassingthwaite later on…

Dont think Shore won a game today sadly. Credit to Joeys through the grades - jeez every team is the same - crisp passing, fit and time after time, speedy wingers and fullbacks scoring tries.
That number 10 for Joeys 2nds is one to watch. Year 10 as well.
The Joeys ball was just so quick! Lightning rucks! Shore didn't have a chance to respond across every grade. Credit to them, they all played excellent rugby.

Based on what we saw today, I don’t think we can make any calls on predicted premiers. Shore put up a good fight, Scot’s got within 1 after being heavily looked over and Riverview put up a good fight. I can’t wait to see what next week will provide us.

Really great day out at the bridge, well done to joeys for winning all games on the paddock today - takes a lot of talent to produce something like that.

The 1st XV game did not disappoint, shore really showing some good glimpses of plays. Good to see Armarti coming off the bench and putting his name out there for the coaches. Shores best players: 1,2,13,15

Joeys on the other hand really showing why they are contenders for this years title, however need to clean up a few parts of there game. It’ll be great to see how the go against the likes of Kings and view. Joeys best players: 8,9,11,13

The shore crowds really living up to expectations. Even when they were losing by more than a try the energy was still there.

Shores canteen did not disappoint with good prices and pristine pies. I’m happy to inform that there has been no change to them this year, and I’m sure they will remain the best pie in the Gps

@Joker, well done to your joeys boys. Was really a spectacular experience to meet you out at the bridge and I look forward to seeing you when the blue and white take on joeys at hunters hill

Anyone catch Kings 16A’s and 15A’s?

What were the scores and best players on ground?
Kings 16s won 16-14. Not a great game. 6 and ginger second rower their best.
Kings 15s pumped Glengary Scots after it being close at halftime. Mysteriously a lot of new faces. Front row and midfield good.

It’s the 3rd time in a row now that Shore have leaked points late. They’ll need to patch this up leading into TSC next week if they want to be a chance.

Back into it.

Thanks to the Kingsmen for ruining the aesthetics but onwards.

After watching the Kings v Scots game, wow the Scots backrow looks strong. Weir, Guerin and Lemoto - who I don't think I've ever seen lose a collision. Thought Scots played very well today, and other then the backrow really liked the look of Jackson Rodwell in the 5 jersey and their 12, as well as both wingers. Onitoni Large quiet today I thought.

As for Kings, I think this shows how good they are this year, and definetly a premiership contender, winning ugly today, despite probably not being the better side. Best for Kings I'd say were Hasani Bloomfield, Ben Sawyer and their 7. Fonua pretty quiet today as well as older Large, although you could tell he was a level above.

Kings results today apologies not all scores 100% correct.

Kings 13As 55-0
Scot’s 14As 28-26
Kings 15As way to many to count. Close to 70-0
Kings 16As 16-14
Kings 2nds 24-14
Kings 1st 36-35

13As and 15As real standouts today some exciting players.

How did Sawyer (K) perform today? I believe he missed most of last season with a long term injury. Curious as to how his game looked after an extended stint on the sideline.
