Joeys backs with slick hands and strong running get the overlap, go down left side 15 cuts in and passes one in and Joeys score again. Not converted. 12-5 to Cerise

Brilliant ball to Henry Conick who runs a brilliant line to go over for Shore. Conversion successful.

Half Time at Northbridge. Both teams are causing each other problems defensively. Attack from Shore looks sublime with Kings thriving in broken play.

Anyone know what the Shore boys were singing at half time? Assuming it’s some sort of GPS song as the only lyrics I caught were “…from Riverview to Scots!”

Kings the first to score in the 2nd half. They go in under the posts. Shore will be disappointed as they were defended well. Conversion successful.

Shore 17 - 24 Kings

Scots 13 does show n go and takes off for a 50m run upfield but last pass goes to ground. Story of Scots game so far today. Scots 13 their most dangerous runner by a margin

Joeys win Scots lineout penalty ball deep in own territory, spread it from one side to the other and 11 scythes thru on great run, dummies, steps beats the cover and scores. Conversion missed. 24-5. This is getting ugly.

Well that's it. Joeys playing like a team, Scots are relying on talent. So much for the coach saying at the old boys lunch that he's main priority this year was to get them playing like a team.
