comedyHamish Burnicle U16's will be a shot at playing 1XV at Joeys this year
Was robbed of the U15 Gen Blue side
Has had a massive off season and will be genuine threat for the #1 jersey

38-24 to Barker. Trial played in 3 x 20min thirds with lots of continuous changes, but Barker the overall better drilled side. Joeys with some work to do.How'd Joeys vs Barker end up?
My prediction is that Kings have a few seeing as though 2025/2026 is there main focus. Here is some of the top talent from the 26 cohort.Does anyone have any idea how many 16s boys are playing 1s/2s this year? I suggest a few from Kings as that 15s Gen blue team seemed to have a few of them and unexpectedly none from Joey's seeing as though a large number of boys from 16s last year moved up.
Interesting… Some people have Heinz in the forwards. Some have him playing 12 as Large is injured for most likely the whole season. Does any actually have any real intel on where he will play. I am looking forward to watching him play this season!1. Joel jacobs
2. Eric delben
3. Tom Duddy
4. Charlie Baber
5. Toby Brial
6. Heinz Lemoto
7. Charlie Ulocq
8. Baily Barlett
9. Max Patterson
10. Will Johnston
11. Finally Bartlett (C)
12. Leo Jaques
13. Zac Fittler
14. Jay Mackenzie
15. Jack Grey Spencer (VC)
Very accurate analysis across the schools. Great job.My prediction is that Kings have a few seeing as though 2025/2026 is there main focus. Here is some of the top talent from the 26 cohort.
Talen Risati- Fullback
Connor durbridge (Austin’s Brother) Flanker
Toby davies- Flanker
Hamish mathew’s- Prop
Duke Millward- 2nd row
Anwar-El Kurdi- outside back
Oliver Smith- Hooker
Hasani Bloomfield- Prop
Newington generally speaking don’t Move anyone up but there talents of a few of there players are definitely up to the standard of opens.
Iliyaz viliamu- Prop
Isiah Sheck- Prop
Jarryd King- Fullback
Lucas Broderick- Second row
I Believe Scot’s, Shore and Riverview have very few players moving up.
Hamish Bull (scot’s) Second row
Ashton Large (scot’s)(Ontinis brother)
Nick wendt (shore) outside back
Lawson armstrong (shore) prop
Isaac Perkins (View) Back row
Generally speaking Joeys move a few up from each age group but i haven’t heard of any outstanding talent coming out of this Joeys team which is surprising seeing as though they have been the most consistent team of this age group.
The 26’ cohort is a talented one and I am looking forward to the bright years ahead.

There was talk that Onitoni may now be back in the early roundsInteresting… Some people have Heinz in the forwards. Some have him playing 12 as Large is injured for most likely the whole season. Definitely not the finished product.38-24 to Barker. Trial played in 3 x 20min thirds with lots of continuous changes, but Barker the overall better drilled side. Joeys with some work to do.
Heinz could play either or, junior rugby was in the centres. More recently in the back row. I can’t add value beyond that.Interesting… Some people have Heinz in the forwards. Some have him playing 12 as Large is injured for most likely the whole season. Does any actually have any real intel on where he will play. I am looking forward to watching him play this season!
Shore internal trials.Did all the schools have trials today?

No definitely not.Starting line ups for Joeys?
Score doesn’t feel that important in those style of trials.
They do if ur barker lolStarting line ups for Joeys?

is that why joeys decided to have the scoreboard up?They do if ur barker lol
The score is worth tracking, it just isn’t much of an indicator.is that why joeys decided to have the scoreboard up?
He is out the whole season. There was talk that Onitoni may now be back in the early rounds
Not sure about Heinz, rumours of him training at 4/5,6 and 12. Jay Mckenzie may be playing 13 aswell...Interesting… Some people have Heinz in the forwards. Recognise a few of these names from boats, especially Millward and Armstrong being the biggest lads in the Juniors. No surprise given Fonua and Taumoepeau’s runs in the Firsts prematurely if they get given a shot in there. My prediction is that Kings have a few seeing as though 2025/2026 is there main focus. Here is some of the top talent from the 26 cohort.
