I think this years' Kings team will be the greatest, they have 10 Generation BLUE player, 3 NSW SCHOOLS players and the rest are GPS representatives, they should have 6 AUSSIE schoolboys compared to the other GPS schools who will have 3 combined. Complete dominance.
Team result of the Premiership means more than individual honours at this stage.

Been plenty of teams have 5+ Aus reps and none kick on to be professionals. You will be able to look back on those things in 5 years time and judge it better.

Lets not forget about upcoming star Hugo Kirkwood (joeys no7) has in the past has came up second to Walter Walker (coota races) but could potentially turn the tables around.
im backing hugo i have been watching him in the past couple games and he just has that mongrall about him which i think Walter lacks. Walter easily folds under pressure for instance when he sercumbed to "eshays" at chatswood station

From this day forth we shall see plenty of nonsense from the Joeys and View boys. Keep it clean and respectful lads. Insight into the big game is welcome.

Hey Louis, Having a nephew in the 6th I have watched a couple of games and I have to disagree with your statement about walter. Walter has proved an extremely talented young prospect and shows an immense amount of Tikka on the field. In regard to Hugo Kirkwood, he is quite a hard player to tackle due to being covered in paw paw cream but I heard he has been dropped to the 7ths.

Key matchups for Joeys vs View

Battle of the 5s (Greer and Graham) Both workhorses graduating in 2024
Battle of the 7s (Young and Noble) Both selected in GPS 2s and regarded as one of the better forwards in the team
Battle of the 9s (Sharples and Curll) Sharples has the reputation but as seen here:
Henry Curll is a great player, who has done his job week in and week out
Battle of the 12s (Jorgensen and Hayes) Not much to say... two great players
Lastly, Pat Broe vs Liam Grover.

The Battle of the River

Will Riverview make it 2 from 2 and hold onto 2nd place or have to share it with Joeys.

Any way to watch back the Newington vs Joeys 2nds game? Or any video of this fight on the hill, hearing about it all week from everywhere but yet to see a clip aside from the ball boy being taken out.

Already the pattern is showing that Shore may just get up over Newington. Fans have lost faith after a strong start to the season. Questions being asked at the moment among supporters of what direction is needed. Scots and Kings are remarkably spilt with some thinking the curse of the Death Star playing a part. While Scots have not had the most productive of seasons they still possess some serious firepower that can rattle even the biggest of the Parramatta herd. Finally, plenty are picking Joeys over View. The prevailing thinking is View may be deflated after last weeks second half trampling and the resurgent cattle dogs playing on heavens pasture will be too much to handle, just like the "Rower" at the BBQ. Get one this weekend before the reunion lads swoop

With the end of the season wrapping up and the majority of ladder places settled, bearing View and Joeys, some teams seem to be blooding some younger players or players who haven't had an adequate opportunity in the 1st XV arena. Notably Christian Spiropoulos ( #2 Newington) and Darcy Hallam ( #12 Shore). Let's hope for another entertaining round of footy as we come to a close of the 2023 AAGPS Competition.

If the TKS team this year can go 10/10 is gonna be hard to argue against them ..

especially since any of the modern sides would absolutely demolish sides from the past
