CAS schools are allowed under their association constitution to offer students with sporting talent positions at their school. This has been always the way. I recall Waverley pinching the best swimmers from Scots College when I worked there. They weren't really pinching, just exercising their right to do so.
AAGPS (which this thread is all about) does not allow schools do what CAS can do. It is against the AAGPS charter.
So when another member posted his thoughts that scouts from
Barker (CAS school) would be heading off to scout players then he is correct. No harm at all as they are exercising their right to do so. I gave him a "thumbs up" as he was correct and NOT making allegations against AAGPS schools. What the CAS do is there own bee's wax.
