Thanks again Joker for all the results. As a joeys supporter you should be proud of your school's results.
Think you'll find 14A score was 34-12, New scored another try on fulltime.

Congratulations to both teams for an absorbing second half. Newington's Weekes was a stand out as they adjusted their defence and it if it was not for poor kicking, the should have won this game. Joeys make the Great Escape look easy. Time to pack up the bunker and have a beer at Jacks.
No 15Ds this week - assume that injuries meant that they didn't have enough.Needless to say, Joeys all ways impress me with their amazing depth. A bit concerned that New fielded only three teams in 15s and 16s maybe 15Ds had match a match somewhere else.
Nevertheless, as a New supporter I am proud of Rugby Teams today. Only our 15Bs 52-5 loss to your 15Cs amounts to a run away win, even if they playing a grade down. As the difference between a Joeys B and C side is often marginal.

Sounds like a more even second half.
Thoughts Rich E?

13Fs played Augustine's at Narrabeen (not sure why as I assume SJC would have plenty of teams to play against), all other Newington teams at Hunters Hill.
Very little difference between one team and the next as you move down the grades at Joeys, whereas because of fewer teams there's sometimes a marked difference from one team to the next one down at Newington.
It's always a great day playing Joeys, they play a nice brand of tough rugby with high skill and pace.
14s remains the standout age group at Newington. 14As was a great game, most closer than the final score might suggest. New scored 3 converted tries in the last 10 minutes to take it from 13-12 to 34-12.
13As were expecting to be more competitive, but clearly it's a very strong Joeys team in that age group.
