Jesus Christ. This is not because of the 3 lost players. This has been an abysmal performance both in attack and defence.

All credit to the Spirit, their defence has been wonderful.

But it's the effect it creates on the Rising and Perth players. If the 3 were in whilst Perth would've played their best they wouldn't have had the belief they could win.

Naivalu gets one back after quick hands.

37 - 24 with about 11 to go. Rising still in with a chance here.

Kearnsy needs a bit of a refresher on the laws, asking why Wykes wasn't penalised for not releasing in a collapsed maul...

Jesus Christ both Kearns and Maloney need a refresher. Spirit brought the ball behind the line, so the charge down is Rising feed.

Yellow card to the Spirit reserve flanker.

5 minutes to play and the Rising take another 5m scrum with the Spirit down to 14 and scrum down to 7.

Complete brain explosion from Debreczini on that conversion. All Spirit need now is a penalty or droppie. Rising need a converted try to tie.

Spirit turn over the restart immediately.

Tie will go 10 each way according to Maloney, then 5 each way of sudden death if still tied.

Could be another Spirit player yellow carded he, that was crazy. Ref lets it go in the end.
