Skelton is ok at this level but that is about it - ok if was club level making the step up! If Cheika even thinks about selecting Skelton - even for the EOYT - would be just wasting a spot for someone with way more potential.
While collecting my ruck stats for the Perth Spirit I also collected some stats on Will Skelton's 59 minutes:
- 9 Total Ruck Involvements - 5 Attack/4 Defence.
- 5/6 tackles (83%)
- 6 carries for ~15m.
- 1 LOW. Mostly stood at back of the Line Out.
- He was too slow to be where the ball was and generally became a late-arriving defensive pillar at the breakdown.
