Vaea MOTM for me but only just in front of Joe Powell who is really putting in some very big efforts this year.. Did anyone hear who got it officially?

Commentators said Big Double A at prop. Not sure if it was our guy who gave them that our not.

Wouldn't argue with AA either, given the superiority of the Vikings' scrum. And he always plays good in the open as well.

Once again the Rays perform much better than the scrap books would suggest.
The wind,the ref & the bounce of the ball all went their way in the first 1/2.
i thought they did exceedingly well to be within 2 points at half time.
Thankfully the Vikings eventually covered the spread,with much more difficulty than I expected.
That's two games in a row,where scrums were uncontested for some time.
Freakish coincidence,or cynical coaching in a faster paced game?
