Spirit in front, 13 - 8 into a strong wind.

Rising very disappointing, poor concentration, execution and defence.

Spirit are lethal at counter attack.

Can't say I agree with the above. Rising playing well but Spirit just the better side. Can understand how they put 60 on Country.

agree Spirit the better side.

Rising have taken poor options and executed badly imo. they seem rushed to me, last year, very calm and composed not so in 2015. seem to be a bit confused as to what options they are supposed to be taking. last counter attack try an example meehan and reid get in each others way ball comes loose and its 5 at the other end

Oh, and Shipperley and English should swap positions, and Placid needs to learn to pass amongst other deficiencies, ah well

Yes very good game of rugby....high quality play from both sides - man they must be buggered after these sort of games as played at such fast pace

Been predicting spirit to make strong run home and reach final 4 with Rising, BRC, and Vikings. Stars with injuries will fade away....and no other team really got the balance of enough super rugby players to make final 4...

Spirit deserved winners.
opening 20 mins cost the Rising dearly.
Timani short of a gallop, coming back from injury. Meehan (who i think is a terrific prospect) tries to do too much, especially those tap and goes in the final minutes. Rising not getting much out of their Super players. Stacy Ili impressive again.
can't see either of these two teams beating the Vikings or Brisvegas

Sean McMahon is the biggest difference, I think the current backrow is too unbalanced.

Was working fine when they didn't try to squeeze timani in, which is understandable they wanted to do. But Reid, Fugistaller and Fainga'a have been great.

Meanwhile Kyle Godwin is playing terrific rugby of late.

Reid, Fugs and Fainga'a are too much of the sameness and close to 7s. Need some bigger bodies in there.

Burton is looking great too.
